The energetic stretching applications included in Thai massage sessions are geared toward loosening joints and muscles while simultaneously restoring the flow of energy throughout the body. Ancient Eastern healers believed that pain or tension originated from blocked physical energy. When the tension in a muscle is released with massage, healing will occur naturally. Clients leave our massage center feeling revitalized and completely refreshed...

A Mix of Eastern Healing Techniques

Thai massage includes elements of other Eastern therapy techniques including yoga, acupressure and reflexology that are designed to release the physical tension that is believed to be the basis for many ailments. Experience with yoga is not required for Thai massage, nor is a client expected to be particularly flexible. Licensed and experienced Body Balance Therapies massage therapists adapt techniques and treatment plans to the individual. We invite the people of Spring to contact us for more information or to schedule an appointment and see the wonders of Thai massage for themselves.

Thai Yoga

Body Balance Therapies Thai massage therapy is administered on floor mats in a soothing environment. We advise our Spring clients to wear comfortable and loose clothing while experienced massage therapists provide full-body treatments that begin at the feet and move slowly up to the head in a sequence of gentle flowing movements.
