The energetic stretching applications included in Thai massage sessions are geared toward loosening joints and muscles while simultaneously restoring the flow of energy throughout the body. Ancient Eastern healers believed that pain or tension originated from blocked physical energy. When the tension in a muscle is released with massage, healing will occur naturally. Clients leave our massage center feeling revitalized and completely refreshed.

Tantra Yoga

Tantra yoga is a practice that can be used to expand the connection and awareness between a couple, creating a deeper bond spiritually with self and each other. Experiencing Tantra Yoga poses with a partner as yoga not only deepens connection, it also recharges energy and peaceful feelings and expands our awareness with each other and the world around us.

There is a simple exercise to try with your partner. Depending on your level of flexibility, you can modify the pose. Focus on the connection and time with your partner, and enjoy each other’s presence. You will experience an increased bond within a relaxed state. Start at your comfort level, communicate your different levels of flexibility and endurance, and have good eye contact, feeling each other’s touch and positive thoughts about each other in a nonverbal way.

Heart-to-Heart

A wonderfully relaxing and sensual position at the end of the evening or beginning of the day is Heart to Heart. Sitting in modified Yab-Yum, Place your right hand on each other heart and your left hand on top of your partner’s hand. Look into each other’s eyes. Without speaking words, keep connection with the eyes.; then focus on slow and harmonious breathing. Feel the heartbeat. This pose is a great way to deepen the connection with each other and spend quiet time communicating without words.
